• VendProList does not handle bookings or payments unless explicitly stated
• All agreements, payments, and transactions are made directly between customers and vendors
• We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, or service issues

• Users may leave reviews based on their experience
• Reviews must be honest, accurate, and respectful
• VendProList reserves the right to remove inappropriate or misleading reviews

VendProList is not liable for:

• Any damages, losses, or issues arising from vendor services
• Miscommunication between users and vendors
• Delays, cancellations, or unsatisfactory service

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Provide false or misleading information
• Engage in harmful or abusive behavior

All content on VendProList (including text, logos, and design) is owned by VendProList and may not be copied or used without permission.
